Yesterday's poetry prompt from Writer's Digest was to write a poem about "time" and make that time the title of your poem .... this is what i came up with:

3:39 a.m.

and i want to go back,

back to the dream

that gave me answers,

answers to the questions,

questions the conscious

mind cant quite 

comprehend.

and i want to go back

just to make sure ...

just to make sure

i know how to proceed

in this new life ahead.

and i want to go back

one last time

so ill remember,

remember that nothing 

changes when we go back ...
